International Customers

At this time, we only ship to addresses within Canada and the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our international customers.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the product category and the number of items in your order. Here’s a breakdown of our shipping rates:

Note: Standard items include t-shirts, mugs, and most accessories. Heavy items include hoodies, sweatshirts, and large bags. Bulky items include large canvas prints and certain specialty products.

 

Return and Refund

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items Only

We do not accept returns unless items are damaged, defective, or misprinted. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Items with errors on our part will be covered at our expense.

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Wrong Address or Unclaimed Shipments

If an incorrect address is provided, the shipment will be returned, and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Unclaimed shipments returned to our supplier will incur reshipping costs.

Customer-Initiated Returns

Returns for buyer’s remorse are not accepted. Size exchanges or returns are handled at your own expense. A new order must be placed for replacements or exchanges.
